Mike was an acquisitions editor for three Christian publishing houses and now is the chief agent and founder at Nappaland Literary Agency.  In addition to his publishing experience, Mike is also an award-winning, published author, so he is especially qualified to speak not only to the business side of writing but also to the heart of the writer.
